Returns
Returns are not accepted on underwear items or earrings unless faulty, please contact greeneyedmagpie23@gmail.com to discuss any issues that you may have with these items.
Returns are accepted on other undamaged items, in their original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the item, you then have a further 14 days to return the item. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
To return an item, please contact greeneyedmagpie23@gmail.com. Failure to do this and receive confirmation from me may exempt the item from being refunded. Please obtain proof of postage when returning any item, as we cannot guarantee the reliability of the return shipping.
On receipt of the undamaged item in the original packaging, we will issue a refund for the full cost of the initial purchase, including the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. We will not refund the return shipping cost.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if part of the original item is missing or has been damaged on return.
Refunds are made to the original purchaser only.
Faulty Goods
Please check your order on receipt and email greeneyedmagpie23@gmail.com if anything is damaged or faulty within 5 days of receipt. Faulty products returned within 14 days will be replaced with new ones.
